Dr. Lauren Waling, PT, DPT, FAAOMPT

Dr. Lauren Waling is a fellowship-trained physical therapist and founder of Achieve Movement Physical Therapy, providing high-level, concierge physical therapy in Boca Raton for active adults and athletes. As a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Manual Physical Therapists (AAOMPT), she is among the top 2% of therapists nationwide with advanced training in orthopedic and manual therapy.

Trusted by elite and professional athletes, including NFL Combine participants, Olympic sprinters, professional tennis players, and CrossFit Games competitors, Dr. Lauren specializes in helping clients return to peak performance quickly and efficiently. Her approach combines advanced manual therapy, dry needling, and individualized treatment strategies tailored to each client’s goals and lifestyle.

Known for her hands-on, one-on-one care, Dr. Lauren delivers a highly personalized experience that goes beyond traditional physical therapy. She is also faculty with The Manual Therapy Institute Fellowship Program and remains deeply committed to cutting-edge, evidence-based care.

In addition to her clinical work, Lauren has earned a doctoral degree in physical therapy. She is a certified clinical instructor through the American Physical Therapy Association. She has completed level 1 certification through the Titleist Performance Institute. Lauren is certified in dry needling and blood flow restriction. She holds certifications in ergonomics through the Back School of Atlanta.

Outside the clinic, Lauren enjoys spending time with her family, playing padel, working out, and traveling.

Dr. Jonathan Bray, PT, DPT, EdD, MS, FAAOMPT

Dr. Jonathan Bray brings over 15 years of expertise in delivering high-level orthopedic and sports physical therapy in Boca Raton, with a focus on complex and high-performance cases. As a fellowship-trained clinician and Fellow of AAOMPT, he is part of the top 2% of physical therapists in the United States.

Jonathan works with individuals across all activity levels. From active adults, to Olympic and professional athletes, as well as performing artists from ballet and off-Broadway productions. He is widely sought out for his ability to evaluate and treat complex conditions using advanced clinical reasoning and a highly skilled, hands-on approach.

His treatment philosophy emphasizes precision, efficiency, and individualized care. Ensuring each patient receives a tailored plan designed for optimal recovery and long-term performance.

In addition to his clinical work, Jonathan has earned doctoral degrees in both physical therapy and education. He is a certified clinical instructor through the American Physical Therapy Association. He has completed level 1 and level 2 medical certifications through the Titleist Performance Institute. Jonathan is certified in dry needling through the Florida Institute of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy. He holds certifications in ergonomics through the Back School of Atlanta, in Applied Functional Science from the Gray Institute, and in Rock Steady Boxing for Parkinson’s.

Dr. Nicole Alvarez, PT, DPT

Dr. Nicole Alvarez, PT completed her Doctor of Physical therapy from Nova Southeastern University in 2019 and is currently a Fellow in training with the Manual Therapy Institute. She is receiving post-professional education with a focus on advanced manual techniques. She is currently a certified Kinesiotape practitioner, and has also pursued additional training on post-concussion physical therapy.

Nicole is dedicated to helping individuals improve their mobility, recover from injuries, and achieve their optimal physical health. She has a special interest in working with horseback riders to enhance their performance and prevent injuries. As an avid equestrian with years of riding experience, she combines her professional expertise with a deep understanding of the physical demands and biomechanics unique to the sport.

In her spare time, Nicole enjoys horseback riding, painting, and spending time with family.
